Our AANGAN has been established in A.D. 2023 and always been more than an organization; it’s a community of dedicated individuals who believe in the power of compassion, collaboration, and change. we have strived to make a tangible impact on the lives of those less fortunate, advocating for justice, equality, education, and sustainable development.
The progress we’ve achieved thus far is a testament to the dedication and passion that each one of you brings to our cause. From delivering essential supplies to disaster-stricken areas, to providing educational opportunities to underserved children, to advocating for policies that protect our environment – we have made a difference in countless lives.
Looking ahead, our journey is far from over. The challenges we face may evolve, but so will our determination to overcome them. We will continue to innovate, collaborate, and adapt to the ever-changing landscape of social and humanitarian needs. Background of Aangan

AANGAN promotes transparent, and demonstrates inclusive, effective, and innovative working culture and system, structures and mechanisms, within and outside the organization. AANGAN creates opportunities for the most underprivileged & disadvantaged group in Madhesh Province, thereby, contributing to the national priorities & goals. Working as a bridge between people and authorities, AANGAN wishes to ultimately contribute to: i) reduce poverty of marginalized people, and ii) increase accountability, democratic practices and rule of law in the country.

AANGAN has implemented its strategic projects in Madhesh Province in close collaboration and support from respective local governments. As per our previous experienced, there is need of community driven organization and collaborative activities those are accountable towards beneficiary, meaningful engagement with stakeholders and particularly inlining programs with local governments. AANGAN team understand this need and expectations and partnering with the needy people, stakeholders and local government for contributing real needs and provide support that includes social development, education and skill development.

• Advocate for higher and quality education for all with focus on deprived and marginalized community women and girls.
• Promote and practice good governance for policy, program and budget for young people and children.
• Support to improve access to health and social security services.
• Increase awareness of the importance of citizen participation in policy, programs, and budgetary processes.
• Implement social and economic development programs and activities by collaborating with public and private partners.

We Are Non Profit Organization

AANGAN is a not-for-profit organization. The organization has highly experienced experts in the development sector. The experienced experts comprise of people from health, education, agriculture and economic sectors having experience in livelihood, DRR, Governance, GESI, capacity building training etc. AANGAN is dedicated to working with multiple sectors and actors to create inclusive, knowledgeable, skilled and productive societies for economic growth and happiness. The organizations aim to work across Nepal to achieve better services and opportunities for children and young people.
