Introduction:
In partnership with Chandranagar Rural Municipality Sarlahi, a capacity building program related to the management of visitors/touristsvisiting Nadhiman Lake was organized in Nadhiman Lake. The program was organized under the Chairmanship of Mr. Rajkumar Mahato, President of Chandranagar Rural Municipality Sarlahi. The program was attended by local business owners, intellectuals, youth representatives, employees and other stakeholders.

Major Activities and Accomplishments:
The participants increased their knowledge and understanding about the importance and unique characteristics of Nadhiman Lake. The stakeholders committed to become active members in the promotion of tourism, formulation and implementation of related policies, inter-functional integration for the development of tourism sector in the municipality. Altogether, 80 participants participated in the program. The program was organized on July 8, 2023.
